What we collect, and why.

This site is deliberately simple. It has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us through the Reach us form or by email.

What you send us

When you use the Reach us form we receive:

• your name and email address;
• your organisation and role, if you add them;
• what you are interested in, where your systems run, and your message;
• the country your request came from and the time it arrived, which our hosting provider adds automatically.

Why we use it

Only to read your message and reply to you, and to keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Who handles it for us

Our website hosting and email providers handle this information on our behalf, under their own privacy and security commitments. This includes an automated check that the form is being used by a person rather than a bot. We do not share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your message for as long as we are in conversation with you, and delete enquiries we are not pursuing within 12 months.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, at any time. Write to info@axionforge.ai and we will act on it promptly.

Changes

If this note changes, the date below changes with it.
